Cold Water Wrap

Our coil actually forms the combustion chamber, there is no troublesome insulation, no hot chambers. When incoming cold water flows through the cold water wrap, it picks up heat as the coil forms the wall. The water is preheated 40 to 80 degrees prior to the heating portion of the coil. This provides greater fuel efficiency, less fuel used, and less operating costs to you. The even spirals allow better air flow which in turn provides better combustion and greater fuel efficiency.

Pump

Our high-quality pumps are engineered with crankshafts and rod assemblies that run in oil for quieter operation and feature: Large, aluminum die-cast oil-bath crankcases, ceramic plungers with double pressure seals, check valves with stainless steel seats. Belt drive reduces vibration and eliminates the need for high-speed pumps which are noisier, and provides a safety net for your pump.

Control Panel

Alkota designs their control panels with operator convenience as their first concern. The high-quality rotary switch provides positive on-off positions for both pump and burner. The chemical metering valve provides precise metered chemical with the twist of a knob, and you can return to the same soap setting time after time. Optional items such as hour meters and gauges are also placed on the control panel for ease of operation.

Fuel Filter

Replacable fuel filter with clear container allows you to quickly check for water or dirt. The bottom drain on the filter quickly disposes of water and dirt contaminents.

Stainless Steel Float Tank

Resists corrosion and lasts for years.

Vacuum Switch

Trouble-free vacuum switches control burner shut down. Switches also provide a saftey shut-off if the machine receives an insufficient flow of incoming water.

Motor

High quality single phase motors have dual capacitors to provide high starting performance and low running currents. Specifically designed to meet the demands of the pressure washing industry.

Fuel Tank

Easy access, large capacity, removable fuel tank. Stainless steel tank optional.

Ground Fault Interrupter

Protects operator from dangerous
electrical shocks.

The Safety Relief Valve

Is located on the coil inlet instead of the coil outlet like most of our competitors' machines. Placing the valve at the coil inlet provides more positive protection for
your pump.

Heavy Steel Construction

Wrappers and tanks are of 16 gauge metal and 11 gauge base plates. Heavy gauge steel provides 2 major benefits ofr you. First, it prevents early rust out problems. Second, the heavy weight steel absorbs the vibration and peak pressures, reducing the wear and tear on all moving parts.

Ball Bearing, Pneumatic Wheels

With grease zerks and tube tires, means they are repairable.

Hose

50 feet of wire braid hose with 360 degree swivel on the wand end of the hose. Plus, all nozzles are quick coupled to the wand for your convenience.
